Guzman y Gomez is expected to list on the ASX on 20 June 2024, with shares expected to begin trading on a normal settlement basis on 25 June 2024. The company is aiming to raise approximately A$2425 million in the ASX IPO by selling 111 GYG shares at a price of 22 per share.

The IPO is expected to be completed on 25 June 2024, with holding statements expected to be dispatched on the same day. Guzman y Gomez shares are set to join the ASX later this month in an initial public offering (IPO).
